Stages of work

We begin with a personal meeting where the designer explains the work process, outlines the stages, and showcases the final project deliverables. During this meeting, we identify your needs and establish a strong working relationship.

1 step

Provide a measurement plan, or arrange for one to be created by a specialist. Additionally, supply photos and videos of the site to help identify its parameters and unique features. We also analyze the engineering systems and key visual points.

2 step

We conduct a detailed questionnaire to identify your preferences and needs. After discussing the functionality of the interior with you, we present several options for furniture arrangement and room layout.

3 step

Once the layout and questionnaire are approved, our visualizer creates photorealistic images of the future interior. This is based on your style preferences and choices for colors and materials.

4 step

We provide working drawings for builders, all necessary plans for specialists. At this stage, the design work is completed, and then, according to the client’s wishes, we proceed to the realization of the project.

5 step

The specification includes the selection of all materials, furniture, lighting and other elements that have been chosen for the project. At the end of this document you will be given an estimate of the budget for your renovation with an indication of the stores where you can purchase all of these items.

We deliver both electronic and printed scrapbooks for the builders and the client. Additionally, our studio can will remain in contact after the project is completed to ensure everything goes smoothly.

You will receive the drawings you need to start the renovation, taking into account your wishes and complying with all building codes and regulations.

In addition to a package of drawings, you will receive sketches and ideas in the form of 3D visualization, as well as a list of all the materials, furniture, lighting and fixtures selected in the project.

This is a service of the designer, which consists in controlling the visual correspondence between the renovation and the design project. The designer makes sure that the realization of the idea corresponds to the project.

This includes supervision of work execution, consulting with related specialists and informing the client about the progress of the project.

*Cost of service is 240$  per month or 60 $  per visit.

The interior designer’s completion service includes selection, price monitoring, purchase of finishing materials, furniture and interior items.

The service also includes preparation of a full estimate, search for contractors and suppliers, approval of the selected materials and furniture with the customer, organization of purchase, delivery and acceptance of goods, inspection of purchased objects and replacement of defects if necessary.

*The cost of the service is 240 $ per month. This amount includes all discounts on materials and furniture from stores or is free of charge, but we keep all discounts from stores.
